Join us for Yoga Brunch! This 60 minute beginner class introduces the fundamental principles of alignment and breath work in a flow of postures linked together by the breath. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. It’s a donation class and a portion of the proceeds will go to benefit our featured charity for the month of November, Engineers Without Borders USA, Old Dominion University.
Our instructor will be the wonderful Jessica Seaburg. She has her 200 hour RYT Certification.
